Discover child-friendly and adult-approved stress management tools—breathing exercises, calming routines, and family mindfulness activities. Learn how to cope together with life’s challenges and model healthy emotional habits for kids.


 

Make learning about food fun! In this interactive workshop, families will uncover hidden sugars in everyday foods, taste-test healthier swaps, and learn how to read food labels together. Leave with simple snack ideas and a new understanding of how to fuel your family for energy and health.

Join a 30-day family challenge with weekly themes (e.g., Veggie Week, Move More Week, Water Tracker Week). Share photos and stories in the community and earn badges or small prizes for participation.
